Meet Our Team

John R. Browning
Attorney

With over 20 years of experience, John understands the challenges facing small businesses, and can better help you navigate the legal waters as you build your business. In addition to running his own practice, John previously started, financed, and ultimately sold a successful small business. Having sat on both sides of the table, he has a unique perspective that will yield the best outcome for your business law needs. John also understands the importance of planning ahead for the future, and can assist in establishing a trust for your business, as well as other family planning needs.

Besides being an established attorney, John is the father of two and a husband who is active in the Orange County community. He served for two years as the President of the Newport Heights Elementary School Foundation, which under his leadership raised more money than any other elementary school foundation in the Newport-Mesa Unified School District. He also served on the board of directors of the local AYSO soccer league for multiple years, and on the board of his daughter’s gymnastics team. He founded the debate team at Ensign Intermediate School, training his son and other students the virtues of effective research, analysis, and argument.
