Yvonne Ramirez-Browning is the majority owner and President of the Browning Law Group, APC. For over 20 years, Yvonne has worked in for Wells Fargo in the Office of the General Counsel, most recently as Senior Counsel, managing and litigating commercial lending and credit for Small Business Loans and larger commercial loans on a broad range of finance transactions, drafting and negotiating lending documents, advising and handling collection matters including post judgment and bankruptcy cases, and managing and litigating all aspects of prelitigation including workout, modifications, settlements and assumption agreements. She also advised the company regarding regulatory compliance with laws and regulations applicable to commercial bank lenders and SBA 7(a), 504 and PPP loans. Her work resulted in millions of dollars of recoveries for the bank. She also assisted clients on the development of quality control programs, lending policies and procedures.
